Our practice center is at Brats'ka St, 25 in Zaporizhzhia. Drop by if you're nearby—we keep tea ready and always appreciate meeting people face-to-face rather than just through screens.

MON-THU
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Full team available for calls, emails, and walk-ins. Lunch break between 1-2 PM when only urgent matters get handled.

FRIDAY
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Shorter day as we wrap up the week. Still responsive to messages but planning for the following week takes priority after 3 PM.

SAT-SUN
Closed for Contact

We practice what we teach about rest. Messages sent during weekends get read Monday morning with fresh attention instead of tired Sunday evening responses.

HOLIDAYS
Variable Schedule

Ukrainian public holidays sometimes shift our availability. We post holiday closures on our homepage two weeks ahead so nobody sends time-sensitive questions into the void.
